A 31-year-old man presents with an injury to his right shoulder.
Describe and interpret the following radiographs (click on image to enlarge):
- There is anterior dislocation of the right glenohumeral joint.
- There is a very large comminuted Hill-Sachs compression-type fracture involving the superoposterior aspect of the right humeral head.
- No bony Bankart lesion appreciated.
- Normal alignment of the right AC joint.
