- Ventricular rate 75 bpm
- Sinus rhythm
- Single premature ventricular contraction (PVC)
- Normal QRS axis 56°
- Normal QRS duration 94 ms
- Poor R wave progression
- ST segment depression in the lateral precordial leads V4-6
- QTc 455 ms
INTERPRETATION:
Sinus rhythm with the occasional premature ventricular contraction and non-specific ST segment depression in the lateral precordial leads.
